The Ethics Committee conducts an initial review of the complaint to determine its validity and whether it falls within the scope of the ICCA Code of Ethics.

Investigation:

If the complaint is deemed valid, a thorough investigation is conducted, including interviews with the complainant, the member in question, and any relevant witnesses.

The committee ensures a fair and unbiased investigation, respecting confidentiality throughout the process.

Findings and Recommendations:

Upon completion of the investigation, the Ethics Committee reviews the findings and determines whether a violation occurred.

The committee recommends appropriate actions or sanctions, which may include warnings, additional training, suspension, or revocation of membership.
